Ok i think i found out why these LCD’s are all bad. I think i know what could be the issue. This is only theory right now tho.
Take a look at the below picture.
Click to see full image. You see the outline green is where the tape on the right goes. The red line on top is where i assume the issue is. I think they placed the tap on it first then cut it to size. This would mean the also cut some traces on LCD. Maybe that is why I am having trouble and it works when bended?
What do you think? Here is a image of traces somewhat hard to see.
