Hey everyone, sorry i have not been around lately. Since 1/10/13 my cable/internet has been off due to technical issues. I have TimeWarner Cable. Their services are awesome but their tech/support service is horrible.
People ask me why stick with them? Well i would leave them in a nano second if i could. My building/area is contracted to them and we are not allowed satellite dishes where i live. No other cable company can provide me service.
The only other option is DSL which is a NO NO for me. FIOS isnt available in my area which sucks. I hear great things on fios and as soon as its possible ill get that. For now im stuck.
