The main deisgn im working on involves the MC74LCX16245 which is a &#8220;Low\u2212Voltage CMOS<br \/>\n16\u2212Bit Transceiver&#8221; Kind of like the 74xx245 but 16bit wide. Makes PCB design a bit easier for me and also keeps part count down.<\/p>\n<p>This board was inspired by the &#8220;Open Bench Logic Sniffer&#8221; . This is a 32 channel open source logic analyzer. Its awesome. I have my papilio board which can be used with the same bit (program) file. So basically my papilio acts as the logic analyzer. <\/p>\n<p>I like the idea of the level translator on there so much i decided to make a board for a entire 16 bit translator.
