{"id":3118,"date":"2011-09-28T20:22:08","date_gmt":"2011-09-29T00:22:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/example.com\/?postname=usb-to-uart-power-pcb-v2"},"modified":"2011-09-28T20:22:08","modified_gmt":"2011-09-29T00:22:08","slug":"usb-to-uart-power-pcb-v2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/atomsofttech.com\/blog\/uncategorized\/usb-to-uart-power-pcb-v2\/","title":{"rendered":"USB to UART Power PCB v2."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\nJust finished designing another version on my &#8220;Breadboard Buddy&#8221;, This version includes the CP2102 as the old one did but i have removed the switches in favor for jumpers&#8230; longer life time. also removed the USB output pins since its used by CP2102 there is no need for it to be there.The voltage regulator will be a SOT223 instead of DPAK .. will allow 500mA @ 5v (USB) and 500mA @ 3.3v (REG).<\/p>\n<p>I also placed caps next to output pins for a clean supply.
