This is a 3.3v only part. It has a DC-DC Boost and simple Audio Out. There are 2 versions of this PCB. The FT800 version which is meant for Resistive Touch screen LCDs and then there is the FT801 which is for Capacitive touch screens. Below image is an example of the FT800 version.
