Welcome to my shop. My name is Jason Lopez, creator of AtomSoftTech. Most if not all of the products on this site were created by me. I try my best to develop products with the customer in mind. I am usually my own first customer as most of the items I sell were developed from a necessity on a project.
If the product has a possible use outside of the project, I make it a standalone board. I do my best to make all products affordable and reliable. That being said all products are tested before being shipped. All shipments are packed securely to reduce the chance of any damage from shipping companies. All labels are VISUALLY inspected to ensure no fading, which can add to delays in shipping and receiving packages.
When you place an order from me I would like you to understand you’re not just buying a product from online. You are buying support and knowledge as well. If you somehow damage one of the products. If it’s possible I can work with you to repair it or send it back for me to repair. If there is no cost to me there will be no cost to you for the repair. If I have to replace parts I will not charge you for the service/work of the repair, only for the parts needed to be replaced.
